Okay, so I can wear high heels....and I got my first pair [i've worn kitten heels, but I graduated to a pair a/b 3-4 inches] of super cute high heels....*but* I look SO uncomfortable and awkward while walking! I don't have to wear them often, but when I do, I need to look professional. AND, to make matters worst, I have to wear panty hose. So if you have any suggestions lemme know!

Practice wearing them around the house is all I can think of, I love high heels and have worn them for years, just comes natural to me.

toe-heel, toe-heel. Work it from your rear end, and practice around your home. But really, if you don't have to wear them then don't. Kitten heels are adorable and feminine, although I will say that heels do better things for the legs (aesthetically). Wegdes look great but offer greater balance, I prefer rhem to regular heels for comfort.

I suggest you don't wear high heels, especially the kind that comes to a point because they are a leading cause of bunions to your feet when you get older if you wear them enough.

Practice makes perfect.
Make sure you are still rolling your foot when you walk and not just planting the whole thing flat-footed.

you should practice wearing them before you put them on and go out or just simply put them on and stand on them for about 10 min. I did that and it worked.
