I am a NaruHina fan, and I know a lot about them. I know almost every time they met in the manga and anime, but I dont know about 1 thing. What was the episode or ova when Naruto saw Hinata and HInata saw he had a scar, and she was about to give the medicine, but naruto accidently went away, WHen was it? I really want to know.

You mean before the forest of death? when they were about to go in? That's from the Forest of Death after the Chunnin Final exams took place.
It's could be:
Special Report: Live From the Forest of Death
or Eat or Be Eaten: Panic in the Forest, or
The Chunin Exam Stage 2: The Forest of Death... around that area. I'm not sure which one though!!!!!

The only scene I can think of is in 45/46 after Naruto defeats Kiba. He walks up the stairs and passes her with the medicine in her hands. She's too shy to give it to him but she does - he even comments on how well it works but Kakashi points out that it's actually the healing power of the Kyuubi.
