The e-mail address and the header is probably forged so it may not be that easy determining who sent it. You can report spam to Cyber Top Cops at the following page.

If you continue to receive spam from this e-mail address, add the e-mail address to your Blocked Address list if your e-mail service provider has such a feature, otherwise you can create a filter with a e-mail client like Thunderbird blocking all e-mail from txt@beSMS.com.

If it's a text cell phone message, I don't know. But if it's an email or IM message, block it. In email, click on the spam button.

Call your phone provider and have them block that txt message.

That's what I did with my Verizon ...
