You can watch the video up to the point where he is hanged. They suddenly stop recording at that point. The video is clear and you can see him and the executioners in great detail.

They record again after the body is removed from the gallows. The video is poor quality and you cannot tell if it really is him or not. His face is covered with a cloth except for his nose and parts of his eyes.

Why did they stop the video before the actual execution when they had declared they would show it on TV?

Why is video so poor after he is removed from the gallows?

Why is so much of his face covered that you cannot see him well enough to identify him on TV?

What are the chances that is was really one of his look-alikes who was executed - one who was willing to sacrifice himself for his beliefs?

Someone as rich as Saddam would have easily made a deal with the government to "look the other way" as he left the country in exchange for all his wealth being left behind.

Well, every news report I've seen says clearly that the Iraqi authorities videoed the whole thing, as proof that it has actually taken place, so it's bound to be out there somewhere. I was looking for it earlier, but the closest I got was a link to subscribe to Iraqi TV and apparently it was broadcast live so I figured it would be in their archive somewhere.
Good luck.

NOWHERE, because that's all that's being released. Watch the damn news and you'd know that.
