The experience you describe concerns me, since you are probably describing a lightheadedness and sleepiness may be another word for almost fainting or losing consciousness for seconds. The warm rush you experienced, with sweaty palms, concerns me because it does describe a blood pressure drop and then rise again,
Don't fool around. This is enough to lead me to suggest you check it out. Talk to your doctor. Maybe these are symptoms that need to be treated with medication, to regularize heartbeat or blood pressure conditions. Not something to fool with.
Good luck,

Kindly dont be carried away by these such astral projections. Yes its mere projections by the few who want to project themselves superior to others.
If there was a reality in it we need not spend so much money for Military and Police for investigations..but can train few to travel astrally and find out the crimes and intrusions in advance! As these are all mere subjective experiences and there is no way to prove or disprove..people still go behind it for want of attention and recognition from others..as they have got some unknown powers! Please you quit the way and just get a side!

Lol, i get that same feeling sometimes. I just go through with it, and now, well, it's sort of like an every day thing for me, except I always feel a tiny bit... like, unreal, like I'm not on this world, when it happens.

I would see the Dr. This could be blood pressure problems, it could also be an inner ear infection, or it could be any number of health related problems.

I would have your blood pressure checked. Sounds pretty close to a mini stroke.
