I got this out of Mitchell on Demand for a Camaro.....I think? that it will work for you...if you want to try it Ok..here it is.

1. Turn ignition switch to the run position to disarm theft deterrant system.
Turn ignition off.
Remove RADIO fuse ( # 17 in a Camaro )from fuse block.
Cycle ignition switch from OFF to RUN position 3 times within 5 seconds.
Doors lock, drivers door unlocks and hatch releases, indicating Body Control Module ( BCM ) is in programming mode.
Leave ignition switch in RUN position.
2. Press and hold both LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on remote control door lock transmitter for approximately 15 seconds.
Doors lock, drivers door unlocks and hatch releases, confirming transmitter code is programmed.
Any transmitter code that was previously programmed has been erased.
BCM is now programmed to remote control lock transmitter.
3. Additional transmitters must be programmed at this time.
If programming BCM to match additional transmitters,
repeat step 2
Up to 4 transmitters may be programmed.
This must be done before RADIO fuse is reinstalled.
Turn ignition off.
Reinstall RADIO fuse to fuse block.
Verify Remote Keyless Entry system operation.

Hope this works for you.

The only system I have found is to take it to the dealership and have it re-keyed, or to a locksmith that rekeys remotes. There are legal protections that prevent the equipment used to rekey car locks from being used without licensing and government oversight.

At my dealership what people would do was ask either the shop foreman or service advisors to obtain the Tech2 scanner and program them both right there with no cost to you for doing it. I suspect they would only do it if you bought the transmitters from them, but you can phone and ask. I don't know if there is another way to do this as this was the only way we did it.
