Can anyone know of a site where you can go and post storys for others to read and review? I tried Fan Fiction but they never sent the email I needed to join.

it would depend on the type of stories you're looking to get read.
livejournal.com has several communities for writers, including some that deal specifically with fan fiction.
if you're looking to post original work you can try author's den. they have a lite verison or you can pay a little bit for more exposure and the ability to post more of you're work. i currently have a lite version.
