Go to the store and buy a case. Put the six pack in the freezer, get it really cold then drink the six pack. After you are on about the 4th beer, put a couple more in the freezer. And so on.

Not alone. You should never drink alone. Call one of your guy friends that you're into and tell him to come over with a six pack. Then you two can sit down and watch a movie and drink together.

Well, it certainly does not do anybody any good just sitting there. Invite a couple friends over to watch Lord of the Rings on DVD and make some popcorn to go along with the beverages and have y'self a ball!
