movie title?

I saw a preview for a movie where a kid was murdered and had to solve his own murder. No one could see him except for one girl ( I think it was his girlfriend) Anyone remember seeing this trailer or know what the movie might be? It was sometime this year so think it should be on DVD soon. but not positive

Yes, the movie is called "The Invisible" and it's due out in January 2007.
