First of all CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!
This is the pregnancy life.
try and get as much sleep as you can now, eat small meals more frequently daily, as far as constipation. Eat high fibber foods, cereal, oat meal, and drinks lots of water! This stage of pregnancy will eventually pass, about 3 and a half months into your pregnancy. You can keep your fingers crossed it will happen sooner. All my horrible symptoms stopped at 9 weeks! Thank goodness! LOL!
Best of luck to you! I wish you a happy and healthy pregnancy! Enjoy it. It is hard to see it now but once you feel the baby move you will love it! I actually missed being pregnant just for that reason!

Being sick comes with the pregnancy hormones. Being tired all the time, constipated, sick to your stomach, and headache are all normal "symptoms" of the first trimester. Luckily that all dissipates after you are about 12 weeks along. Make sure you go see your OBGYN and begin taking your prenatal vitamins. your Dr. will send you for your initial pregnancy blood work and that will confirm that everything is going OK. Congratulations and Good Luck.
PS. It never hurts to pray :)

According to the National Library of Medicine online, Pregnancy (first trimester) can cause loss of appetite, so your condition is normal. The best solution is to see your doctor and make a list for each meal. You can also try the following to deal with the loss of appetite until it naturally comes back in a few weeks;
eating whatever you please, taking a daily multivitamin, eating smaller and more frequent meals.
For constipation, try drinking a couple of spoonfuls of olive oil, hopefully it should help as you will need to be careful on taking different kinds of medicines while pregnant.
Congratulations on your pregnancy and best of luck!

You might try eating some prunes and drinking prune juice to keep you regular. Eat fruits and vegetables as much as possible and make sure you eat roughage too. Exercise a little when you can like taking walks or doing stretching exercises on the floor. Exercising will help you work up an appetite and the fruits and vegetables will keep you regular along with the prunes.

Try to eat small amounts of something, anything. Like saltines or fresh fruit. Keeping a small something in your stomach at all times will help you feel less sick. The salt in the crackers will help settle your stomach, and fresh things go down best for a sick tummy. Consult your doctor if you continue to have problems, but you really must eat.

It's called morning sickness my dear. If it gets too awful, like major weight loss or dehydration, you need to see a doctor at once.
I was sick like that off and on for almost 4 months, it was horrific to say the least. You poor thing, I feel for you!
Congratulations though on the baby growing inside of you!

See an ob-gyn and tell him/her how you're feeling.
Sounds like you just have that early pregnancy nausea. No biggie you still need to address the irregularity.
Congratulations!!
