1 bit = the designation of a particle or switch as 1 or 0.
byte = 8 bits. There are 256 unique bytes, used to represent letters, numbers, positions, etc.
Kilobyte = 1000 bytes
Megabyte = 1000 Kilobytes, or 1 million bytes
Gigabyte = 1000 Megabytes, or 1 billion bytes

The term is kilobyte no longer killibyte. And 750 kb is 0.seventy 5 mb (megabytes). that's some greater for ur counsel a million Kilobyte = one thousand bytes a million MegaByte = a million million bytes (one thousand,000) a million GigaByte = a million Billion bytes. desire it enables.

2 definitions exist
1 gigabyte (1GB) = 1,000 megabyte
1 megabyte (1MB) = 1,000 kilobytes
1 kilobytes (KB) = 1,000 bytes
OR
1 gigabyte = 1,024 megabyte
1 megabyte = 1,024 kilobytes
1 kilobyte = 1024 bytes
The differences has caused many confusions....in the computer world the latter (1,024) is used most frequently....eg a 30GB hard drive will actually hold 32,212,254,720 bytes
