Book:
Eh, I remember seeing the date Feb. something, 2007 somewhere. But that's definitely faaaar too soon because Rowling said that she was still writing it. After she turns in the final manuscript, it usually takes around 6 months, give or take, for books to be released. But since it's Harry Potter and extra special (plus it brings in $$$$$$$$$$), it might get done printing in less than 6 months.
Many fans believe it'll be released on 07/07/07, which would be pretty cool since it is the 7th and final book. Pretty good timing huh? And since she's already stated the title (HP & the Deathly Hallows) I assume that 777 prediction is pretty accurate. She should be wrapping it up in a few months.

No one knows the book date for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows because she's still writing it.
As for the Order of the Phoenix movie, that comes out July 13th 2007 in the US/UK/Canada

well the book is coming out sometime next year, most likely during the summer. and the next harry potter movie, the order of phoenix, is coming out July 13, 2007

It is "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows."
An actual release date has not been announced. 7/07/07 is a rumor. Scholastic who publishes the books in the US does not have an official release date, and neither does the UK publisher Bloomsbury.

I believe the next film is scheduled for July 13 2007 release.
The book has been rumored to come out on 7/7/07, but it has not been finished yet, so that is not a guarantee.
