Use a moisturizing soap like dove and lotion like Aveeno. If those don't work see your doctor and he'll give you a persciption

I am 29 and have the same issues, they started early it seems... possibly from enjoying too much outdoors and sunshine.

What a friend recommended to me about six months ago has worked better than all the $20 - $30 products in the stores for that express purpose, wrinkle removers, night creams, numerous lotions to vast to name them all... I've tried at least 35 brands... wasted my money really.

What I use now, only lightened my pocketbook by $9, and it has been the best investment in my beauty, ever.

It is Gold Bond's "Ultimate Healing Skin Therapy Lotion" It is sitting very modestly with all the other lotions, but it has been mis stocked in my opinion. It is a very well kept secret, for it has never been sold out when I go back to buy more.

A tip: Buy the bigger $9 bottle, it lasts nearly forever, it doesn't take much at all to reap rewards either.

I also use it on my feet, hands, knees and elbows... my neck and any other spots that seem to need nourishment.

It is fantastic, and in the short time I have used it, I've seen remarkable results. All the deep grooves and lines caused over time have spread out and are nearly invisible now, not to mention that my face feels so soft, so nice. I have gotten numerous compliments on how much younger I look now, and asked what I've done differently.

So I'm sharing this newfound knowledge with you, that you might pass it on to someone else... such is the way of kindness.

Have a Happy New Year, and I hope you find the answer you are looking for!

Exfoliate with a good face scrub twice a week and use some alpha hydroxy acid lotion under your regular moisturizer. This will remove the rough surface layer to reveal smoother softer regenerated skin.

Use products w/ alpha hydroxy acid (AHA). It will remove the hardened skin from damage over the years. Alphahydrox.com has cleansers, lotions, etc.

Moisturizing and stuff is great, but if you can't get past the surface layer of the skin, you won't be fixing the problem. Using AHA will help remove all the dead skin so that your skin will more effectively absorb moisture.

I used to have that problem too. I started using mosturizers day and night and I think they help a lot. Make sure that they are oil-free though, if you have oily skin like I do.

This is something that I really recommend but it's a bit pricey...but it works SOOO WELL!

Chanel Precision's Purete Ideale Serum. After I start using it, my skin dramatically becomes much softer. It really helps and works.

baby lotion and/or body butter. if you put it on while your skin is still wet that will lock in the moisture. also you should moistuizer every morning and every night. use a facial moisturizer which is oil free so you do not get clogged pores that produce blemishes. try a fooot lotion or cream before you go to bed and put on cotton socks and be prepared for soft skin. good luck! :)

wel, i know how to make your hands soft, get a bowl and fill it up with hot water, and a tablespoon of baking soda, then keep your hands in it for 15-20 min.

itll keep your hands soft for up to 3 days.

for your body:

right after u get out of the shower, dry your self, not rubbing dry, but dab the towel all over, then apply baby oil, (i use johnson lavender baby oil, any would do) and massage /put on body. then wear silky clothes.

in the morning you'll feel realy soft!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ps: take a shower at night, then after u put the oil on and silky clothes, go to sleep.

if u dont have a silky pajama , then use any clothind u think is soft.

hoped this helped =)

Moisturize your skin. Look for lotion that is especially for rough or dry skin and make sure it lasts all day. Baby lotion always worked for me
