I have to say yes; I saw a story telling how unhappy his daughter was. Everyone has someone who loves them, and will miss them. A person in a high-risk situation like he was, is at more risk, and probably knows it, but it doesn't lessen the grief of those left behind, especially if they were innocent of the crimes and only know the loving side of him.

Anytime someone's family member dies, you should feel a sense of respect for their loss...this is REGARDLESS of what the person did.

Life is life and you should respect the loss of it and the people who it may cause pain.

Not to say that what Saddam did was right-- just that his family loves him the same way you love your family. And they'll be sad. And we should respect that sadness.

At about one minute till 10 last night I almost felt sorry for him and then I imagined all of those children that he murdered, and what there families went thru, no I feel no sadness for anyone except his Mother and she is dead, she raised a horrible person.

nope, I sure don't. If I have an evil relative, I would jump for joy if they are deceased. We don't need more negativity in this planet. I don't know if this is the case with his family.
After all, Saddam was like the current hitler.
