i belive so, my dad walked in the door and he said he saw some one just like me and asked his age and grade of school and it was the same as mine i i thought that was neat

More in line with your question, there are some that believe everyone has a doppelganger somewhere in the world. Doppelgangers are doubles or "twins" that look (and may even have the same name as) like a person, though these "twins" are not related to their counterpart. Some relate doppelgangers to evil twins or ghosts that haunt specific individuals.
I've been told that I have a doppelganger somewhere in the same city in which I live. I've never seen him, though.

Not everyone has somebody that is a true twin, but it is mathematically feasable for two people to have the same or very similar genetic makeup.

I once chatted to a girl on the internet that had the exact name and last name and age as me(and my name isn't common!). It was pretty cool.
