hey. i would like to think that the best actor is john stamos as toni gates on er and parminder nagra for best actress as neela. hugh laurie is great though as house on fox. he is both funny and smart as a doctor.

i would have to say the best actor on TV would have to be from a really good TV show, so I would have to say it's Jason Bateman from Arrested Development, or Kate Walsh from Grey's Anatomy
