You can watch the video up to the point where he is hanged. They suddenly stop recording at that point. The video is clear and you can see him and the executioners in great detail.
They record again after the body is removed from the gallows. The video is poor quality and you cannot tell if it really is him or not. His face is covered with a cloth except for his nose and parts of his eyes.
Why did they stop the video before the actual execution when they had declared they would show it on TV?
Why is video so poor after he is removed from the gallows?
Why is so much of his face covered that you cannot see him well enough to identify him on TV?
What are the chances that is was really one of his look-alikes who was executed - one who was willing to sacrifice himself for his beliefs?
Someone as rich as Saddam would have easily made a deal with the government to "look the other way" as he left the country in exchange for all his wealth being left behind.

Most video sites and news sites will have the portions that have been released. However, there was only one goverment video camera at the event and the Iraqi goverment has not released the actual footage of the hanging, only up to the point of the noose being placed. They do also show footage of postmortem. It is unknown when they will release this footage, if ever, there is concern it will lead to more voilence in the region.
EDIT: so besides for the official recording, they was a person under the trap door who recorded the entire incident with a camera phone and has recently released it, with audio as well. You can view this at http://www.saddam.com/
