I don't really know what it does and I would like to know if it is any good and how helpful it is with whatever it does. Would it be any good for making my ankles or arches stronger?

well, since you've obviously been to the site, you should have read the description: "The Pro-Arch® is a device designed to increase the flexibility and strength of the ankle and toes, achieving the best possible arched foot. Also used to prevent injuries by lengthening and strengthening muscles and tendons, and reduces cramps, tendonitis and muscle strain. Instructional video included."

so for what you want, the overall answer is yes.

DON'T BUY IT!! It is a waste of money, and potentially dangerous. What I do to stretch my arches is either use the theraband, or use a sofa. With the sofa, you carefully slip your feet underneath, have someone sit on it so that it won't rise up, and gently straighten your legs. Do not straighten them all the way on the first shot, or you will greatly damage something. Do this 2-3 times daily, and it works! Also, you can have someone personally stretch them, by pulling and stretching; releves help also, and just working through the floor while in class. Hope this helps!

there's really no purpose for buying it. you can do the same thing (and more actually) with a regular theraband. also despite what it says, it can cause injury if you go too far stretching with it, and it doesn't make you much stronger. therabands make you strong and you won't get hurt with them,
