They have no right to sell it, because thats Copyright Infrigment, its not their songs. If you want to know how to burn a CD, here are the steps.
1. Buy BLANK cds
2. If you have Windows Media; go to the Windows Media Player.
3. Download Limewire
4. Download the free songs
5. Drag and drop them to the burn list
6. click burn

I suggest if you have a computer get a blank cd-r disc and download the program that you see after you follow this link download the song you want for free and then go to windows media player and click on burn and then select the songs you want and then burn it

ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT GETTING A CD BURNT FOR YOU. OR BUYING A CD ALL READY MADE. IT ALL DEPENDS.IF YOU GOT STUFF TO BURN TO A CD PEOPLE DO CHARGE FOR A SERVICE . OR IF YOU CAN GET BLANK CDS AND BURN IT YOURSELF ITS ALOT EASIER.AND CHEAPER

If it is a concert, just P&P, but burning copyrighted CDs is illegal and will affect your parents credit rating and wreck your mental health.
