OIC,,, it was the spin, Fox put the spin on it to make it seem like Saddam was talking about the occupation, instead of the American citizen at back in wisconsin or wherever

For once I will back up Fox News.. below is exact transcripted passage of which you speak.

"Remember that God has enabled you to become an example of love, forgiveness and brotherly co-existence...

I call on you not to hate because hate does not leave a space for a person to be fair and it makes you blind and closes all doors of thinking and keeps away one from balanced thinking and making the right choice ...

I also call on you not to hate the peoples of the other countries that attacked us and differentiate between the decision-makers and peoples... "

FOX is a channel for idiots, by idiots employing idiots.
So your question was if they're capable of translating
a letter from a foreign language? Hell no. They couldn't
translate from English to English without the info ending
up as French. So this might or might not be propaganda.
With FOX that's impossible to say. It's either propaganda
or stupidity. Chances are 50:50.

I agree with you. I, too, was confused. (I know - hard to believe.)
I'm pretty sure it's the latter. Leopards don't change their spots - even when they're standing on the gallows.

Thank you, Humanist. (Do you believe we agree on something?)

And Paul, have you watched CNN lately? I didn't think I was in the same Country last night. I watch ALL the News Networks. Somewhere in there is the truth.

Fox openly is biased and often distrots the facts, Saddem being a tyrant most likely called for more resistance

There is only one way to find out, absolutly, for sure. Learn the language and read the original letter for yourself. Aside from that, all you have are opinions, not facts. Of course, you can always ask yourself who you think is more reliable.
