Are you eating a lot of fruit, carbs and "natural" sugars? Foods with a high glycemic index can spike your insulin and cause you to crash later (fatigue). You'd think that fruit would be healthy, but if you have a low tolerance to insulin, you'll always feel exhausted.

I would see a neurologist. There are many things that can cause fatigue. I know what you are going through because I had it too. I am older though. I have suffered fatigue for over a year and I was told I had early stages of MS. I had other symptoms to go along with the fatigue. There is chronic fatigue syndrome as well. Visit www.webmd.com and check it all out. It is a great web site.

You could ask to be screened for Epstein-Barr, Chronic Fatigue syndrome and Cytomegalovirus. Try going to bed a little later. But if your doctors couldn't find a solution - and I'm presuming they couldn't find an explanation, either - I don't think I can find one.
FYI: Someone suggested anemia but you've already said your CBC was fine. Someone else suggested hypothyroidism but there are a number of other symptoms that go along with that and you haven't mentioned any of those.

I know you said your blood count was fine...that may be because they tested your for a low hemoglobin which would have indicated ifyou were anemic. With everything you have told me in your question, it sounds like everything is OK on the home front and with your general maintenance of health, But you might have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which can't be seen on a regular blood count. It is a virus....also ask him to do a test for Infectious Mononucleosis...again a virus that won't be on a regular blood test.
It also might be wise to seek a second opinion.

Have you had your thyroid checked? I was going thru the same thing and it ended up being my thyroid. Also, there is a great vitamin product called "Threelac" that is amazing. It's kind of expensive but totally worth it. It treats candidia, which is really common but people dont know alot about it. I tried it as a last resort and after a week I felt like a human again. Search the internet for Threelac and you'll pull up some great sites. Good luck!

YES! Get a second opinion---or make another appointment with your physician and tell him or her that you are still vey fatigued and would like repeat blood work and diagnostic tests to rule out any medical problems.. It sounds like your into fitness ,and exercise on a consistant basis. You stated that you are happy so we can rule out depression.
Ask for a CBC , Liver Function, and Thyroid Test and a Stress Test. Good Luck and be well!

Fatigue can be a symptom of depression. Did you talk to your doc about possibly being depressed? You say you are "happy," but is there any underlying issue that's been bugging you lately? Any stressors you can put your finger on? Something to consider.
Or maybe your schedule is just overbooked.

Could be the effects of a hormonal change or your thyroid is slightly off. Start with some over the counter vitamins like Green Tea Extract, St. Johns Wort, or Ginko Biloba. If those dont help I would suggest acupuncture. I have gone myself for different ailments, and it works like a charm even for things like your issue.

you may have a vitamin or mineral deficiency. check out some energy boosting supplements: alfalfa, schizandra sinesis, gensing, huang qi, and selenium. balanced diets are great, however, the food that we ingest may not have been raised in rich soil that is needed for the best nutritional benefits. multi-vitamins are essential today. good luck.
