You can take it as many times as you want to, as long as you are willing to pay for it. There shouldn't be an issue with you taking it that close together, and in fact it will probably help you because you can focus all your practice into that timeframe.
Be careful about taking it too many times though: beyond 3 times, colleges tend to think you decided to just take it again and again and hope to get lucky. Many schools will tend to look at your best score on a given section, even if it comes from different tests, while others will take the test that was best overall, and others will mix and match in other ways. Still, you don't want a bad score in there if you can avoid it, and all of your SAT scores end up being reported to the colleges you apply to.
Try to focus on taking the test once, rather than hoping to get lucky or mix and match your scores. It's a long test early on a Saturday morning, and if you can manage to only go through the actual testing experience and stress once, you will be much happier. If you haven't prepared for the test at all, you may want to consider waiting to take the test in March and either preparing on your own up until that point in time, or consider taking a prep class somewhere. Don't use the test itself as practice for the next one, because that score will still be on your score reports. You're better off waiting until you are fully prepared to take the test, and trying to get it done with one try - then, if you have a bad day, or don't do as well as you feel you can, you can try again.

Nope, you can take it as often and as many times as you want. Both scores will be counted.
