I had exactly the same thing, and only just managed to delete it. Press Control Alt+ Delete, and click on the processes tab. You Will see a process called isamini.exe, and isamonitor.exe. You need to right click on isamonitor.exe and click stop process tree. This will allow you to delete the files.
You then need to go in to Program Files, located on your c drive, and delete a folder called Video Active X Controls. This is where the isamini.exe/isamonitor.exe files are located, which are creating the problems. Once you have deleted this folder, and emptied your recycle bin the problem should cease.
Downloading additional software I have found, will only exaccerbate the problem. It has worked on my computer, hope it does for you!

This should remove it, its free.
Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free, so there's no harm giving it a try to see if something has invaded your computer.

You have a Virus and it will add more stuff on your computer when you click the alert. It is a win 32 bug and it over rides Norton,Mcafee, any thing you have. Here is a link to a 30 day trial to Prevx. It is the only thing i know of to remove it other than the smitfraudfix.cmd.But it is very complicated.Download Prevx and scan it will remove it.

Can you believe this crap!
Do a search for "SMITFRAUDFIX" or "smitfraudfix.cmd" and download fix.
No, lavasoft does not fix it, yet. You have to start your computer in safe mode, run this fix, and then it will be gone.
