I think its going fast! It seems the older I get the faster it goes. I think its because we don't take time to enjoy life as much as we did when we were kids. Time didn't mean anything then, now life is all about time. Tick-tock!
Gotta Go!

Time is not moving faster rather our perception of time is heightened, along with the information age has come so many distractions, many of which you mentioned above, our minds are constantly in the state of stimulation,if you travel to a remote corner of the earth where there are no clocks, computers, cell phones or modern convenience's time moves very slowly, one day seems to go on forever. Many of us need to take a mental vacation, unplug or computers, turn off the cell phones,TVs and radios, shut down the Pods,Walkmans and CD players and listen to the voice of God our inner conscious thoughts and just see how manageable time becomes.

"Time flies when you are having fun!" It does seem to be moving faster and faster but I do believe that is only relevant to how you see time. Remember when you were a child how long the week before your birthday stretched out and how fast that day flew by once it arrived. Even in sleeping...you wake up and remember a wisp of a dream you had...but you remember every terrifying second of a nightmare. I'm 61 yrs old but it was only yesterday I was 25.

This certainly isn't just you, nor is it a recent phenomenon.
Look at the math in the answer a few answers above mine.
A year of my nearly 50-yr life is a much smaller proportion of all the life I remember, than one year was when I was 20 or 5.
Also, when you're younger, each year differs from the last more -- you grow more, learn more. When you're in school each year is more different than when you're working the same job for years.
Everyone (or almost everyone) experiences this same time speed up.
They always have.
Mostly, it's the math. A year that's a tenth of your life is just bigger to you than a year that's only one fiftieth.

Time is more Psychological. And for one who waits for his beloved the time seems elongated than the usual. And when the same one is with his beloved sitting closely the time run faster like a rocket. Why so? It concluded, only for the boring people time moves slowly and for the avctive people its not so. In short live a meaningful life for others..and in our ending days it will give a consoling and fulfilled good feelings!

Well...I am a time traveler, in a way!.
I can bring back any moment of my life and reexperience it once again at the 33.3% of its sensuality because other 33.3% of my awareness need to hold on to the present reality and other 33.3% of my senses will be used to keep my vitality. The rest is 0.01% remains Static. A mark of some sort constituing my existence in this universe.
Accelerating or Slowing down the time is very easy. I can stretch fun, joy, happy time within 3 hours that normaly may feel like 9 hours. The switch lies within our brain's electro chemical processing vavle. Learn to command it, and you shall unleash within yourself the Universal Trick of Time.

In my point of view, not you or time is moving faster or faster. But in fact, the loads of work that is upon us are getting more and more. Being pressurised and stress every now and then is a 'habit' instead as days pass. We therefore, have lesser and lesser time for enjoyment. Thus, time is instead 'forgotten' in this case. Completion of work is placed on the first priority. Furthermore, during enjoyment, since time given in this portion is lesser, under long hours of work with respect to enjoyment time which is especially lesser, one will few that this time spent for enjoyment is way way faster. In conclusion, it is not just you or time that is moving faster. But instead should say that time is 'forgotten'. However, this is to my point of view.

Look at a month for an example (or you use whatever time period you want). When you are 1 year old a month is 1/12th of your total life. When you are 10 years old, a month is 1/120th of your total life and at 30 years old a month is 1/360th of your total life. At 50 years old it's 1/600th. So ................the time is the same but it appears to pass faster because for all of us it's a smaller percentage as we age.

For me, time is slowly passing by but I enjoy my time more now than ever. I changed to a new city and the pace here is so much slow here. I feel I can enjoy every moment without rushing for something.
