well maybe it was different for me then or maybe it has nothing to do with the weight itself but that there is another cause.... at one time i was almost 50 pounds heavier then i am now and my craps were pretty bad then.... now that i have lost all my extra weight however my craps are actually worse. for me i have a hard time believing that is caused from the weight but maybe from something else altogether

I don't think thats totally true though.. im like size 10 (size 6 in america) and mine are so bad i sometimes can't walk and am really sick.
My cousin has them but no so badly and shes mahoosivesly big.

weight doesn't have anything to do with the severity of menstrual cramps. have you tried chromium? it is supplement. it will help with cramping.

i dont think that true becasi im 18 and i weight 113 and i get cramps bad.

god, with the way my cramps hurt now, i would hate to know what it's like if i were overweight.
