for the last 3 nights i've been having dreams that my friend/co-worder and i are in a relationship. We're good friends and i do like her more than a friend, i don't know if she's the same but we flirt a lot at work. anyway, what does it mean that she's been in my dreams for the last 3 nights straight. in each dream i'm always touching her or holding her hand but it seems like we're in an argument or trying to resolve a conflict with each other.
and one more question. yesterday at lunch we were walking on some wet muddish grass and she had high heels. Do you think it would have been appropriate for me to put my hand out to her to help her through it so she wouldn't fall? It was behind a building so no one would've saw. I just want to find an excuse to touch her or hold her hand.

I think you should just go for it, ask her out, see what she says, if she is a real friend, she will say I am just not interested, and still look at you the same way, and there will be a ton of other females out there for you! You will find the right now, and yes, I think you should have helped her out in the mud, not be insecure of what she may think just because you like her, it's common courtesy. Ask her out, just try it, see what happens, maybe your dreams are a sign. Good luck!

When you start dreaming about people that means you are starting to like them a lot. You should have helped her across the grass it would have been a kind gesture. If she's flirting w/ you, she may have feelings for you also. You should take her to lunch one day and just see where the both of you stand. If not be a very good friend to her w/o making moves (as far as kissing her, because this might give her a wrong impression). With time gone by maybe you will have more than a friendship. Believe me time will always tell.

i think it's obvious that you have feelings for her and want her.. great that you have had dreams about her.

but be careful. dating co-workers is never a good idea. and in your case, she may freak out if you tell her you want her! could make it awkward working together.
