It was about either a president or diplomats daughter who goes to Europe somewhere, and tries to go out without her bodyguards, anyway she ends up with a guy who turns out to be a secret service agent, they end up traveling around and go to a concert, go bungee jumping etc. Anyway can't remember title, thought it was lindsay lohan, but can't find anything in her film bio remotely similar. Any ideas?

Mandy Moore was in a movie, I think it was called Chasing Liberty, about a president's daughter.
But so was Katie Holmes, her president's daughter movie is called First Daughter.

I imagine you're thinking of "Chasing Liberty" with Mandy Moore. "Chasing Liberty" is very similar to "Roman Holiday" with Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn. If you like one, you'll like the other!

Saw the film - Chasing Liberty, dont know who the actress was. A rebelious presidents daughter who thought she had out smarted the Secret Service and didnt realise whe was dating one who was her body guard. I remember he was quite alright
