Why is it every christmas they broadcast It's a Wonderfull life MULTIPLE times? I mean 3 times PER DAY on some stations. Not even cable t.v. When i was growing up i never heard of the movie. Don't get me wrong. It's a good movie. But there are hundreds of other classic christmas movies, old shows, etc. they could broadcast. There are many versions of a christmas carol-US and foreign. Charlie Brown and Disney are excellent. Frank Sinatra, Bing crosby,Dean Martin, Judy garland. Rudloph, frosty.Thanks.

Given that "It's A Wonderful Life" is about 100 times better than 99.9% of other holiday programming, I'd say they don't show it ENOUGH.

i know what you mean just try and listen to a radio station hope you Christmas music cause that's all your gonna hear if that wasn't bad enough like you said don't even turn on the t.v. unless you've got cable or a DVD player cause your just asking for a migraine.

The problem was the film slipped into public domain, which mean ANYONE could show the movie. Now, things are a bit more controlled

I was kind of surprised that I never saw it on TV this year. I'm sure it was shown on some channel at some time this Christmas season, but I never came across it.

I like the movie. But I also don't spend all my time in front of the television.
