You need to read the camera manual!

Software should have been included with the camera.
However, when you plug the camera in to a usb port windowsXP will recognize the camera.

Open my computer and you should see another drive has been added.
Click on it and all your photos should show up on the right.
Simply drag the photos to a folder on your C:\ drive.

If you're still having problems read the user manaul or visit the cameras website. They should have a FAQ and troubleshooting info.

best of luck.

Windows XP should see the camera once you connect it or its memory card through the usb port. The camera/memory card should show up as a new device and you should be able to access it just like another disk. It could also start up other software to access the info.

What sort of problems are you having?

U don't need any program if u want to download from digital camera.I think u have got USB cables for digital camera. so just plug in ur camera to the PC through USB port after few seconds you will see a removable disk like other dick(C: D: G:) in your MYCOMPUTERS which ur digital camera. if u want u can delete files from ur digital camera or copy that files to ur system.

If u want to install program for ur digital camera then u should have a CD with thatdigital camera when u bought that.just insert that CD and install the sofware.
