It could be an affair. Even if you are not physical with the person, and you are "just talking" this could constitute an emotional affair.
The defining factor is how YOU feel about this person. Are your feelings so involved you seem to lose sight of the fact you have a boyfriend? (at anytime-not just all the time) Does he feel the same way?
If you answer yes, then it is an affair. If you answer no, then count your blessings because you have a confidant.

Sounds like you're friends. It's not an affair unless you're both in a comitted relationship (like married or engaged). Up to that point in a relationship, the purpose of dating and meeting other people is to find out what you like in other people, and prospective partners. So, I firmly believe you can't "cheat" on a boyfriend or girlfriend, because that's just the process of relationships changing. Once you've made that comittment to stay faithful to your partner for life, that's a different story.

Depends on the details of ''seeing each other''. If you are just visiting for coffee and hanging out, then it's a friendship. Anything more, and it's an affair.

Let me get this straight, and correct me where I'm wrong...
1. You have already installed bf
2. He already has installed gf
3. You, having bf#1, and he, having gf#1 are seeing each other excluding bf#1 & gf#1
Conclusion: No, it's not a relationship. IT'S CALLED CHEATING !!
