They dont! When they start out the star gets about $2500 which is not much considering the movie will make over $1,000,000 for the people who produced it. When they get more famous they get about $6,000 per movie, which is chicken feed, and when they get super famous they get maximum $100,000 which is still nothing at all when the movie will earn millions of dollars.

Men do NOT make as much money in straight films as females. They make more in Gay films. And it depends on a LOT of other factors.
