i had my period on november 5th. i found out i was pregnant on december 1st. (so i guess that made me roughly 4 weeks pregnant.) yesterday (dec 29th) i was supposed to be 7 weeks and 5 days pregnant but i had an ultrasound and it said i was 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant.
i've heard of embryo's that stopped growing but the mother hadn't miscarried them yet. do you think this could be the case with me? or is my baby developing really slowly. my HCG levels were normal for being 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant.

you didnt ovulate on nov 5th you ovulated two weeks later so you go from there ,

I was supposed to be 8 weeks pregnant when i did my first ultra sound and they said the fetus was only 6 weeks old which can not be possible. So i can relate with you on that. If they found a heartbeat you dont have to worry just keep checking up more constantly. I was having the same stress and thought about all the things you did but it turned out to be ok...

according to my dates i would be 28weeks pregnant, but i am actually 25weeks. when i went for my ultrasound they put my date back 3 weeks. this is due to the size of the baby, its common for this to happen. They will go with the ultrasound date, as all babies develop at the same rate at this stage. Did the hospital tell you the baby had stopped growing?? if this had happened i think they would arrange a d+c. if they didn't say anything to you then the baby is absolutley fine and you just concieved later than you thought . good luck hope this works out for you
