Go with the flow, have fun, but keep a profession distance at all times. That way you're likeable and friendly, but obviously not going to cause problems with social and relational nonsense in the work place. Coworkers find it nicer to have you around and superiors notice that you're professional and can manage people.

I wouldn't call pushing a guy around 'flirting'. Put your ego aside for a moment and consider what's REALLY going on. Maybe they are pushing you around to get you to do their work while they take the credit... Maybe they push you around because you seem weak; physically, mentally, or emotionally... Both would be good reasons for your employer to pass you over when it's time for promotions.
You sound a bit like Casper in Kids... 'Everybody loves Caspa' I doubt you are really all that 'cute'. Besides, GUYS aren't supposed to be cute in most heterosexual's opinions (some girls like a fem guy, but they are not the majority).

Have you ever heard of "sexual harassment"???
I am not sure what you mean by "pushing me around", but if you feel that you are treated differently because of your looks/gender/height/weight/age, you need to bring that up with your supervisor/manager. You also need to let the people that are pushing you around know that you do not like it and for them to stop. In law, letting people/person know of your feelings is called "putting them on notice". If everything fails, you can see an attorney and consider suing the company for harassment.
Do not let people push you around, you do have rights!

Let each one know individually how you feel. You are there to work not flirt. And do it in a kind manner. If they do not stop, then talk to your superiors without mentioning any names. Have him or her call a meeting with the staff and talk about this issue. It may be bordering on sexual harassment and Companies frown on this kind of behavior.

My brother had the same problem...his remedy?? A fake cell call to a "friend" around the perpetrators (ringer muted of course). During the "call" he claimed "Well, I was attracted to her..but she kept shoving me repeatedly, on a daily basis, and I just couldn't imagine a lifetime of that..." After that "call" and his smart comments during the "call", the pushing ceased..I guess because the women were too busy trying to figure out which one he liked. None of course...

They're not flirting with you. It's just that your unwanted sexual advances bore and irritate them that they push you around.
