I receive 500 emails every day after filtering 70% of spam + newsletter to which I subscribed but never read, I go thru my remaining mails again in them I find 70% are not worth going thru or replying sometimes. and I am not celebrity!, Imagine what would be the case with Anneliese? Otherwise she could have definitely replied your mail :)

First, get a brain, then a life then finally a hobby.
Do you think miss anneliese/chelsea would actually take her time to talk to a commoner like you or the rest of us. She probably doesn't really care if you send her a billion letters and emails. All she cares is about you being one of the countless fans who spend their time idolizing her and wasting your money to buy her products.
Really, do you honestly think she cares about you just one bit? That's my answer...
