Saddam's death was definitely not a fair trial. I concur with others that it was biased and rushed. And worst of all, they should not mock anyone, especially before death. Saddam's hanging clip did not need to be broadcasted to the whole world. We say the Japaneses are hiding the truth behind themselves and the world, well, so is our president. Only the bad side of Saddam keeps appearing in the media, but there isn't much talk on American troops raping or harassing men and women pow. Bush didn't do it for good, he did it for his own hatred and to save his dignity or as he says it "for justice."
Invading Iraq didn't do anything; it is just like a person hitting a bee hive. It made the bees angry and started attacking. The initial opponent is now trying to find ways to run away from it. Nothing is resolved, only caused problems.

No. This will only hasten the arrival of another World War. And he did not receive a fair trial. It was extremely biased and rushed.
I'm not defending his actions. He did do many terrible things, yes. But he also did many great things for Iraq--women's rights, modernization, Western-style legal system, etc.
Why hang him and stoop to their level? Iraq's even worse now than it was when he was dictator.
His death does nothing.
Does it help stop the violence? No.
Why are we fighting violence with more violence?
Has the media ever noticed that the "War on Terror" is also a war of terror?
Saddam's execution will only bring the resistance together further.
We should've let him rot in prison.
Don't get brainwashed by the media.

Definitely not. The Ba'ath party was and still is planning retaliation to everyone that is not one of them. Bad news to all of the innocent families here in Iraq, and even worse news to all of us troops here in Baghdad. It would seem to be the exact opposite, but with the hundreds and hundreds of thousands of followers of Saddam's, more violence is in the future. And the man above us all in the military, wink wink, doesn't give a hoot because he is home golfing and drinking bourbon, while my brothers and sisters in arms are dying everyday in combat. But him being 9000 plus miles away, he is safe at home. Good for him. But overall, no, it will not bring a new era of hope for the iraqis, it will only bring more fear. Semer Fi.

The trial by using western standards replaced into unfair..the longer they dragged out criminal lawsuits the greater severe it regarded. the prospect to illustrate the 'democratic (American)criminal gadget' to the Muslim international replaced into lost. for his or her own motives the Iraqi courtroom and the Iraqi government with American ideology jumbled in desperate to end this in the previous it grew to grow to be greater of a circus than it replaced into already. and of direction..........through fact the Iraqi government and the yank militia can't administration the rustic they had to tutor to somebody - all people - that they had some capacity over something - so as that they killed a guy.
