Unfortuantely, no a tubal pregnancy cannot be carried out full term. Th ecause of a tubal pregnancy is when an egg becomes fertilized in your fallopian tubes instead of the utereus. In most cases a tubal pregnancy isn't even known by the woman carrying it as often times your body will abort it. However if your body doesn't naturally miscarry it, it can cause pain which will bring the condition of pain to your attention prompting you to see a doctor. When a doctor discovers a tubal pregnancy that your bosy has not aborted naturally then they remove the tubal pregnancy theirselves and then do a D&C afterwards for preventive health measures. Usually though, your body recognizes something foreign in your tube and causes it to miscarry long before you know you had a tubal pregnancy. It often occurs more than reported because of your body's ability to recognize and remove. If left untreated it will cause you to rupture your fallopian tube and if not immediately treated for the hemmorage you could bleed to death. Your body is not able to carry it full term and if the body doesn't correct itself and you don't see a dcotor for the problem you can put your health in serious harm's way.

There has never been a report of a tubal baby or the mother of a tubal baby making it unless the woman's tubes were cut open to remove the fetus.

A tubal pregnancy is dangeros and there is no way to save the fetus. There is only hope for the mother in this case and only if the pregnancy is discovered by a doctor.

The area doesn't have as much space or nurturing tissue as a uterus for a pregnancy to develop. As the fetus grows, it will eventually burst the organ (the tubes in your case) that contains it. This can cause severe bleeding and endanger the mother's life. A classical ectopic pregnancy never develops into a live birth.

I hope this helps.

The Fallopian Tubes are rather like the size of large cooked spaghetti... the egg can be fertilized by a sperm in the tube but it must makes it's way to the uterus to implant for there to be a normal full-term pregnancy. You have undoubtedly heard of a tubal pregnancy...that is when the fertilization does take place, and for whatever reason the fertilized egg does not move and implants in the tube. This is caled an Ectopic Pregnancy. (a pregnancy occurring outside the uterus). Frequently this can happen because the tube is scarred in some way, perhaps by a previous infection. The embryo begins to grow and at about 6-8 weeks gestation, the woman will be experiencing extreme pain in her side. The tube may rupture at the site of implantation and can cause death if it is near an artery. If the ectopic pregnancy is recognized early enough surgery can be performed and the patient will be fine.

There's no way a fetus could grow to fullterm in the fallopian tube. Eventually, the tube would burst and the mother would bleed to death. Tubal pregnancy's are VERY serious and need to be treated ASAP.

No, there is no way for a tubal pregnancy to live. If it isn't caught in time, the baby starts to grow and the tube burst, and the woman gets very ill. She will die is not taken care of QUICKLY.
