Do you feel lucky for being English?Why or why not?

Ehmm I'm not English, I'm Italian anyway...and I'm not asking if u r proud of it, just if u feel lucky.

1 Tony Blair is a s**t leader who introduced tuition fees and semt us to war
2 we are a nation of chavs just look around you
3 we are a fat nation the rate of coronary heart disease is the highest in europe.
4 we pay far too much tax making the government more rich
5 what exactly is the point of the queen?

yes

1 we get free healthcare courtesy of the NHS
2 British actors are far more talented than Us ones
3 our accent is the greatest and there are so many regional variations
4we are at least not as fat as the US ands we're got Gillian McKeith and Jamie oliver on our side


also we need to change our national anthem

I feel lucky for being Welsh, or perhaps you meant feeling lucky to be British? Not all of the natives of Britain are English you know.

I was born in London, but I dont feel particularly 'lucky'. I dont need a visa to go to the USA, so I guess thats a plus.

I consider myself to be quite lucky to have grown up in this country.
1. Top-notch education
2. Excellent services i.e. Police, amubulance, fire etc
3. Democracy
4. Safe

The points of which i have just outlined are compared to other countries.

Yes, until I meet other English people. Then I normally feel a bit sad.

I feel lucky for being American and living in AMerica. English comes in second. a distant second! haha! just kidding! I dont want to start a war and have England become a 51st state.

Yes. Because we have the richest language there is, and don't have to learn it as a second language.
That does not make us superior....just fortunate.

PS And, probably, the best cheese (though the French might dispute it)

yes very. Since returning from 2 years in Peru I have barely left the country and appreciate everything around me.
