I had chymydia a few months ago from a guy i was sleeping with. After I got treated (finished antibotics), the doctor said I was negative. I have been abstinent ever since. Is it possible for Chymydia to come back even if i didnt have sex. My discharge smells different. I had about 4 pap smears already this year and I dont want to go back to my doc again unless something is wrong.

Chlamydia, if treated cannot return unless you have had unprotected sex with a partner who has the infection. You didn't say whether you took all the medication, but if your doctor told you that your tests were negative, then you probably are OK...for Chlamydia. However there are other conditions that can cause vaginal discharge that can cause odor. You should return to his office so he can diagnose the discharge and treat it. He won't need to take another pap test.
