I am creating a site and I need to add a few download links. They are basically mp3 songs. Can you tell be the HTML code for that. Thank you very much.

No, you cannot specify a download folder on regular html links

basically the same way you link to a page.

example:

You just create a normal hyperlink to whatever object you want. The browser knows that if it's not something it can render, it'll prompt the user to do something with it, like download it.

For example:

Play my song
