If you're using Microsoft outlook to retreive mail, then yes you might have a problem retreiving mail. Your ISP may require that you send OUTGOING mail to THEIR outgoing (SMTP) server. Call your ISP and tell them this. They will walk you through changing the outgoing mail server in Outlook with you. You will need your login name and password for their outgoing mail server. (They assign you an e-mail address on your high speed account).
