It is very, very unlikely that she would be pregnant with quadruplets without using InVitro. I hope this is a joke. If not, she should get help! Tell someone! Go to a doctor! Do something!

If it's early, I'd recommend abortion. If it's too late for that, do everything you can to help her prepare. Arrange for a cesarean section, take her to parenting classes, etc. She might have to put the kids up for adoption if she doesn't have someone to help her care for them, so make sure all the big decisions like that are made before the births. She should call a screenwriter and sell him the rights to tell her life's story in a blockbuster film. She can use the millions of dollars to take care of her 4 kids.

12 and quadruplets sound very dangerous her body cant posebly be fully developt she should defnitly get profesional help i dont think there is enything you can do unles getting her to get help.
