When trying to watch local news videos for Chicago WGN, the video does not play. Am I doing something wrong?

I have updated my realplayer and Windows Media player.

Check your IP speed and check to see if your security settings will allow streaming. If you have slow speed, it may not play. Also your security settings may not allow certain applets to load, so the best thing to do is to set your security settings for your explorer to default and see if that works.
