I passed my MCA from an open university.I don't know the HR policy of DELL.Please tell me that is my MCA will be Recognize by dell or not.

It won't matter whether it was from an open university or not.

If Dell recognizes MCA, they won't be concerned with where you recieved it.

However if someone from a more prestigious University has the same designation that may or may not be taken into consideration.

The MCA is an exam that the university does not prepare. Everyone recieves the same questions or variations of it.

I've recieved similiar designations from at home preparation as well as from a local business college and I have never been asked "where I obtained the preparation" for it. If you have it, you have it.

The upshot of going the university or college method is that employers would be less inclined to distrust the validity of the designation. (I.E. brain dumps and online cheats.)

Congrats for getting job. I hope you are mentioning some govt recognized university (like IGNO,Manipal,YCMOU etc). You are very much eligible to mention MCA (ie valid PG) in your resume and work in any company in India or abroad at least in Dell.
