You must have no idea what Saddam did to his people. Start reading about the atrocities he's committed.

You don't know what you're talking about. First, Bush never committed any crimes, nor has he ever been accused of any crimes. Also, not only did Saddam kill 180,000 Kurds between 1987-88, but he also executed some hundred people in the Shiite town of Dujail as a backlash for a 1982 botched assassination attempt.

I deployed to Kuwait in 2000. While there, I witnessed first hand, several hardened aircraft structures that the insides were burned and walls were covered with soot. That's because in 1991 when the evil dictator invaded Kuwait, Saddam ordered that all the prisoners (soldiers, civilians, women, children) be put in the structures, doors locked, and burned alive. In Desert Storm when the US forced Iraq out of Kuwait, there were reports that the heads of the Kuwaiti soldiers that they killed were spiked on fence posts lining the perimeters of the bases in Kuwait that were once occupied by Iraq. So to say that Saddam only affected his own country and people is not true. Saddam is the next closest thing to Hitler.

Bush on the other hand has not ordered the execution of over 180,000 people because of religious beliefs. And to answer your question, Bush and the US Government have done nothing wrong regarding this matter, and shall stay safely away from the ropes.

You are perhaps over-reacting to the execution of Saddam. You should not compare Bush to Saddam simply because it is a complicated issue. As for your friend Saddam, being executed was the best solution for him - much better than spending another 15 years in a prison cell; especially for a guy who had had everything.

I don't support Saddam, neither do I support Bush.

Just pointing out however that when we bombed Iraq innocient people of the city DID die. That'll always be on our conscience. That and America isn't always so "innocient" and wonderful.

Remember Vietnam, and how our soldiers had to kill women and children because they were forced to carrying bombs. Because of this "percaution" we also killed innocient people. I see the necessity, but we still DID it.

Stop acting like America is God people...we aren't. We are the BEST nation out there as far as freedom goes, but we've ALSO done our share of bad things...we aren't saints. Don't claim that we are.

Blah Bibbity Blah Blah, Hibbity Hoopla.

It is liberal propaganda, and the DE-balling of the country that is doing the most damage. Some of you people out there will be singing a different tune when someone runs into your gated community with an explosive belt on. Wake up, as long as we keep picking off these bastards we will become safer every day.

Bush didn't order people to be killed or put soccer players in a room full of spikes. Bush may have mislead his country but he certainly didn't kill anybody on purpose. He had a rightful idea of giving democracy to the world but it was the wrong way to do it. Saddam, on the other hand, meant to kill people and he was a gun waving dictator. i'm liberal too, so sorry bud.

You must be a loyal subject of Saddam the Dangler. If so, you have no sympathy from me.

The US did not execute Saddam. We had no right, and our laws prohibit us from it. So don't blame the US. All we did was catch the SOB.

An Arab Iraqi court tried and sentenced Saddam to death for crimes against Iraqis. He was executed by Iraqi Arab executioners in an Iraqi Arab prison according to Iraqi law. What part of this do you not understand???
