1) You don't mean "www.rogers.com" do you ?

(registered to Rogers Communications .. a business engaged in cellular and other wireless communications, cable television and other cable distribution services....)

2) What you are using to access the web - your iPod ??? your cell phone ??? a Mac ? a PC ???

3) are you trying this from Work ? Home ? somewhere else ??


Now I know why IT Support always start by saying 'have you plugged it in ?'
