If your talking about those cool go carts, then you must be talking about Speedzone off the 60 freeway between Azuza Ave. and Fullerton Road.
That place has at least 3-4 go cart tracks and even a place to do some drag racing -- as well as the traditional golf and arcade.

There is also one you can see off of the 405 but it might help if you give us the freeway you are on when you see this place.

It depends on where you live. There's a place where I live called Castle Park. It fits the description.
