Hey, my line of study is not really related to the courses, but what i want you to know is what is hard or easy for someone shouldn't really influence you. What matters more is what you want to make easy for yourself, cuz the course that'll be hard for you is that which your heart is hardened against or not open to. So my advice is just open your mind, dont be scared of failure and learn from your past mistakes. It'll surely work out well for you dude.

Premed students usually have the most difficult time with Organic Chemistry and Physics... ESPECIALLY Organic Chemistry.

Every time there was an OChem test the next day, it was like a huge misery party on the 3rd floor of the library until about 1 in the morning. OChem has not only a lot of memorization, but a lot of stupid "predict the product" questions after chains and chains and chains or reactions between molecules. In this solution it would form this ion, but in this solution it would form this ion... or... in the same solution but at different temperatures at slightly different pressures it forms different alcohols... ughh. Go away.

And the kicker is that you don't even really need organic chemistry in medical school!

Anyway, with regard to your original question(s):

It really depends on your personal strengths... if you're more conceptually-oriented, Biology comes easier than Physics; if you're more mathematically-oriented, Physics comes easier than Biology.

Personally, I had no problem whatsoever with Biology, Calculus, or Physics, although my OChem and my Genetics performances were less admirable.

Fortunately, I never had to take Physical Chemistry... I've heard that's one of the hardest things you can take in undergrad. I feel bad for all the premed Chemistry majors who have to take it...

General Biology would be the easiest - there is not as much to remember and most of it you will remember from highschool.

Organic Chemistry - this is pretty hard. There are a lot of formulas, and you actually have to study. Plus, I have never met a good O-chem teacher. They are always terrible making the class that much worse.

Physics - this was also hard for me. There are a ton of theories and formulas that you must memorize. The books never make sense and there are like a thousand steps before you can figure anything out.

I found Biology the toughest. I was a mathematics major. I could do the other sciences because I could easily derive formulas, etc from basic principals. It took a lot of powers in logic, but not much in the way of memorization.

Biology was different. Logic doesn't help much -- but memorization does. A lot of my friends in the arts were just the opposite. They could easily memorize everything & do well in biology, but had trouble with physics.
