I quite often if I'm stood high up, can't go near the edge because I feel as though I'm drawn to it. At the Grand Canyon, I lay on my belly and crawled to look over the edge.
As for the free fall part of the question, we were going on the motorbike over the Manchester Ship Canal, (a little faster than we should have) and I wanted to throw my arms out and head back as I was singing - I believe I can fly - to myself.
That could have been the end of my singing career ;-)

I guess so. We always sometimes have the urge to do things out of the ordinary. It can come from pure curiosity, stress, fun or mental problems. Sometimes yes, we just want to be selfless and jump and be free, feel the air brushing on you.
Thats why people do skydiving! woohooo!
Anyways yes sometimes I do want to jump off a building just to experience the intense feeling, not to die or commit suicide...

I don't stand on the top of buildings, I am so afraid of heights. So the answer is NO.
I don't even like flying in airplanes, or the ferris wheel or anything else where my feet can't touch the solid ground.

I do feel like that at first when I'm away from the edge. But, as I get closer, my fears grow larger and I wish to be on the ground.

No, but I'm always VERY afraid of the railing or floor crumbling under me and *then* free-falling to my death.
