I think pictures of the dead body have already been released. I don't think you will see video of his death. I would bet that the official witnesses were searched very carefully before they were allowed to witness the hanging.

NBC showed Saddam this morning wrapped in a sheet, dead. You could tell his neck was broke because his head was not aligned with his body. Gruesome.
