I always suggest to stretch, I normally eat some type of Carbs the night prior to bulid up some energy. Rgt before the game I'D listen to the MP3 player and get my mind rgt, then when its game time its all business. If you approach each game focused and read to kick some ***, you will be come the meanest SOB out there on the ICE! God Luck I hope I helped you!

Practice.
You should eat a ton of red meat or whatever else has protein so that you can check and have chance with winning the fights you should start out on the ice.
To get focused, you should steal or sew a jersey similar to that of the opposing team, stuff it with straw, and hit it with your hockey stick until it becomes too ragged to recognize.

Eat carbs about 2 hours before the game. I like to stretch, do some yoga. During warmups I like to do a little of everything, work on edges and stops, take some shots, passing.
